Applicant name: md Minhazul Islam

I will submit my all documents, then immigration Department want to upgrade 2 documents, i will resubmit my documents in my University. After few day’s my application will be rejected!! But why? Now i want to know about that which one liable for this mistake? Like :- University, emgs or immigration. Please check your end and give me feed back.here is attach my updated file aslo.
