Dear EMGS,

I am writing to inquire about the status of my visa application for Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). My application number is E######### and my passport number is R118241. My university intake is scheduled for September 30, and my application status has been stuck at 15% for some time.

Could you please provide an update on the progress of my application?
