Dear EMGS Team,

I submitted my visa application through the EMGS app, but the progress has been stuck at 15% for some time now. There have been no updates or changes in the status, and I have not received any approval or further instructions.

My Application Number is M#########. Could you please check the status and let me know if any action is required from my side to proceed?

  We received the additional documents from your institution on August 27. We are processing the application. The status will be updated if no additional documents are required.
  
  We also want to advise you not to contact any individuals claiming to be representatives of EMGS. We do not use Gmail for official application-related matters.
