Subject: Follow-up on Application Status (Application No. #########)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have already submitted the following documents for my student visa application (Application No: #########):

Offer Letter

Passport

Health Declaration

Payment Slip

Certificate

Transcript

However, my application status is still showing 0%, even though it has been two weeks since submission.

Could you kindly check my application and advise me regarding the reason for the delay or if any further action is required from my side?

  We are yet to receive the application documents and payment from the institution. We advise that you check with them directly for updates on the application status.
