Greetings EMGS,

I am Amiro Vicente Pires Junior, passport no.AB1107274, student at Taylors University.

My VAL application has been pending for over a week now and my classes have started. I need to receive the VAL as soon as possible so I do not miss any more classes than I already have. Kindly check why this phase has been taking long and fasten the process as I need to fly to Malaysia as soon as possible.
