Subject: Urgent – When Will My Application Be Submitted to Immigration?

Dear EMGS Officer,

I am Liu Siyue, passport EN1559510, newly admitted to USM’s Instructional Multimedia programme starting September 2025.

All requested documents (new photo, CSSD/CDGDC verification, full passport scan, etc.) have been re-uploaded and confirmed delivered. With the intake date fast approaching, could you please advise:

1. The exact date my file will be forwarded to Malaysian Immigration for VAL issuance.
2. Any further action I must take to avoid additional delay.

Your prompt reply will help me finalise travel plans before classes begin.

  Your application is currently in the stage where all documents are ready for final verification. This means that your file will be forwarded to Malaysian Immigration for the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) issuance soon.
  
  At this point, there is no specific date available for when your file will be submitted to Immigration. However, please ensure that you have completed all required actions on your part to avoid any delays.
