Subject: Updated Submission of Complete Academic Certificate – Liu Siyue (Passport EN1559510)

Dear EMGS Officer,

I am Liu Siyue, passport no. EN1559510, newly admitted to the Instructional Multimedia programme at Universiti Sains Malaysia (September 2025 intake). I am now submitting a revised and complete academic file to replace the earlier version, which was missing certain notarial certifications.

The updated file “Academic certificate Compressed.pdf” contains:

1. Final academic transcript (original English, issued by my university—no additional translation required).
2. Graduation certificate + English translation (translated and notarised by the notary office; all seals are from the same office).
3. Degree certificate + English translation (translated and notarised by the notary office; all seals are from the same office).
4. Notarial certificates covering items 2–3.

Please use this updated set for my VAL processing and disregard any previous academic documents previously submitted.
