As a master’s degree student, you are generally eligible to apply for Dependent Passes for your spouse and children. Even though your wife has a student visa from a different university, it’s unlikely it can be directly converted to a Dependent Pass under your visa. She will likely need to cancel her current student pass (or have her university initiate the cancellation) and then apply for a Dependent Pass while remaining in Malaysia.
