Dear sir, My application is stuck on 30% (yellow) for 2 weeks anlready, application no-#########.
All the necessary documents has been sent to you from my university. Can you please check and give me a feed back sir? My classes will start soon.

  Kindly be informed that your application is pending for submission of additional document. Kindly note, we are unable to proceed with your application as the Immigration Department of Malaysia system shows an active application linked to the previous application. As such, the institution is required to cancel the active pass and revert to EMGS with supporting documents showing that the earlier application has been cancelled. Kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
