Dear EMGS

Hello, Monday I visited the university where I will be starting my studies to check on the status of my passport or to collect it if it was ready.

However, the university informed me that my passport has not yet been returned and is still with Immigration.

They also mentioned that some documents are still missing, but I am not sure which documents they are referring to or what exactly is still required for my passport or visa processing.

The passport is currently with your office and in your possession

Could you please help me understand what is missing and what happened to my passport and the visa that was supposed to be stamped?

  Kindly be informed that your application was pending submission of your passport to EMGS for the student visa endorsement process. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to submit the passport to EMGS in order for us to process accordingly.
