Dear EMGS,

I am writing to seek clarification regarding the documents required for my visa application. I have been informed by my previous institution that academic certificates are only issued to students after the official convocation ceremony.

In my attempt to complete the application, I have submitted the following documents, which have unfortunately been rejected:

1. A graduation confirmation letter stating that I completed my studies on 12th March 2025. This letter was submitted multiple times.
2. My academic transcript, which I downloaded from the student portal and had officially approved by the academic department before submitting it to EMGS.

I am unsure of the specific requirements and the next steps I should take. Could you please advise on what alternative documents are acceptable in this situation, or what further action is needed to proceed with my application?
