Dear Sir/Madam,

Hello! My application number is #########, I handed in my passport and special pass to shcool department on 2th July. Then, the rate of my emgs turned 100% on 15th July. However, it has been 100% for 24 days. I still NOT get my passport back. What’s going on with my VISA and when can I get my passport back. I’m really urgent for it.

  Your institution selected to get the student pass endorsement at the state Immigration Department in Seremban. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. Kindly follow-up with your institution directly for further assistance.
