Can you kindly tell me why the application of my friend got rejected?

  Kindly be informed that the application for VAL has been rejected by the Immigration Department and EMGS will notify the institution on the reason once we have received the rejection letter from immigration. Kindly refer to the institution for further clarification regarding this matter.
