Hello, I recently submitted a corrected Health Declaration Form via email to #########. Could you please confirm if it has been received and how long it will take for it to be reviewed?. Also the name should LAKADE VARSHNEY GANESH on health declaration form or VARSHNEY GANESH LAKADE?
