Dear EMGS Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing in regard to my student visa application for a Master’s program in Malaysia.
I have completed my Bachelor’s degree in Malaysia through a collaborative 3+0 program between SEGi College Subang Jaya and the University of Sunderland, UK. As a result, my degree certificate and academic documents were issued by the UK university.
Currently, there is an issue in my application because my academic transcript does not include a CGPA. I would like to clarify that UK universities do not use a CGPA or GPA system. Instead, they follow a classification system (e.g., First Class, Second Upper Class, etc.). I contacted my previous institution to convert my classification into CGPA, but they confirmed that such conversion is not applicable under the UK system.
Since my entire program was completed in Malaysia under a UK curriculum, I kindly seek your guidance on how to resolve this issue and proceed with my application. Passport no: EL0819317 Country: Bangladesh
Thank you
