Dear EMGS Team, I have recently submitted a copy of my new passport for my application. However, when I check my application status via the EMGS app, I notice that progress appears as “null%” and my student id is missing and i cant download my eVAL
I would like to confirm whether this is normal after submitting a new passport, or if any further action is required from my side to correct or update the records. Thank you Applicant No. E#########
