Dear EMGS Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention a discrepancy regarding the collection of my IKAD. According to your officer, IKAD was collected by the institution on 10th July. However, my university’s international office has informed me that they only received my passport on 10th July and not the IKAD.
I kindly request you to check your system for any possible mistake. My details are as follows:

Passport Number: ER5133801I have attached my application summary for your reference. The EMGS officer mentioned that the process would take a maximum of 14 days. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and resolve the issue.

Kindly be informed that as per our record, the institution has collected the iKAD on 10th July 2025. As such, kindly reconfirm with the institution regarding this matter.
