My name is Ahona Haque and I have applied for the Student Pass through EMGS. My application details are as follows:

I have been informed via the EMGS system that my application is currently at 15% due to an issue related to the Health Declaration – Failed Condition. The system states that I have declared a medical condition in the Health Declaration Form.

I would like to kindly request your office to take the necessary action as outlined by EMGS. Specifically, please confirm whether you are willing to proceed with the existing Health Declaration Form, or if you require a new form or additional medical documentation from my side.

I have asthma so I stated that in health declaration form.But it is in control.So should I proceed with previous health declaration form or I should submit the new one?

If needed, I am fully prepared to submit a medical certificate from a certified doctor confirming that my condition (asthma) is under control and does not affect my fitness for study abroad.

Please let me know how I should proceed, and do not hesitate to let me know if further documents or clarifications are needed. I would be very grateful for your urgent assistance in resolving this issue so that my application process may continue smoothly.
