I am an admitted student at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and have received both my Offer Letter and EVAL with EMGS Approval Letter. However, I am facing a technical issue with the eVisa application portal. Whenever I click the “Apply” button, the system does not move forward or respond, despite several attempts from different devices and browsers. There is no error message, but the page simply freezes and does not proceed to the next step. This issue is preventing me from completing my visa application, and as my academic program is starting soon, I urgently need assistance to resolve this problem
