Good day, my name is Abdullah, (passport: WP4087507) I’m a new student at UNITEN. I arrived on 30th of June in Malaysia. i passed the medical test and i give my passport and the documents to UNITEN on Thursday 3rd of July. Since that date i did not receive any update from the university. My booking flight to back home will be on 12 of July and I’m stuck here waiting for my passport. would you please help me to encounter this situation and let me know which day you expect me to receive my passport. thanks in advance

  Kindly be informed that we are yet to receive the passport from the institution. As such, kindly liaise with the institution for further clarification regarding this matter.

  Thank you for your response.
  According to my institution (UNITEN), my passport was submitted to EMGS on Friday, 11th July. As my flight has been confirmed for Saturday, 19th July, I kindly request your assistance in expediting the process to help avoid any further delays.
