Assalamu Alaikum,
I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to kindly request an update regarding the status of my application, which is currently marked as “Requires Correction or Additional Documents.” I understand that certain steps are necessary to proceed, and I am fully prepared to provide any missing information or documents required to continue the processing of my application.

However, I have not received a specific instruction or detailed notice outlining what corrections or documents are needed. I would be grateful if you could kindly inform me of the exact requirements or if there is anything further I need to do from my end to move the process forward.

My class is scheduled to begin tomorrow, and I am very eager to complete the necessary formalities in a timely manner. Your kind assistance in this matter would be highly appreciated.

  Kindly be informed that your application is pending submission of additional documents from the institution as per below;
  
  1. Please note that the details of the applicant in the Details Page of the passport copy are not clear. The institute is required to submit a clear copy of the Details Page.
  2. Based on the Standard Program, the entry requirement states that the applicant must pass an interview OR a portfolio assessment. The institute is required to submit the relevant supporting documents to proceed.
