I am writing to kindly request an update regarding the current status of my EMGS application. My application has been pending payment confirmation from my institution, and I have noticed that the EVAL processing has been stuck at 5% for the past 41 days.

I am quite concerned about this delay, as my classes are scheduled to begin on 2nd July. I would sincerely appreciate it if you could help me understand the reason for the prolonged processing time and whether there is a possibility that my application will be completed before my class commencement date.

I would be grateful for any guidance or assistance you can provide to help expedite the process or clarify the current situation.
