Salam EMGS,

My application number is E######### which is 100% complete and I have received student pass on my passport already. But on EMGS website, it shows my application is pending (shown in the image attached). May I know why?

Also, I would like to know when can I receive my i-Kad and how can I access my medical insurance from Etiqa. I just noticed that I had paid for Etiqa’s old insurance Plan 1. Please kindly advise. Terima kasih.

  Kindly be informed that your ikad is ready for collection. As such, kindly request the institution to collect at EMGS.
  
  Kindly note, your insurance still in progress with the insurance provider. Kindly allow them some time to process. Once your enrollment completed, we will notify the institution accordingly.
