Dear EMGS Officers,
My name is Nazakat Ali (Passport No: ZA1839161).
It has now been almost six months since my EMGS 100 was completed. I previously informed your office that I had paid for a 3-year visa sticker and its extendibility. However, only a one-year sticker was issued.
I submitted a refund request for the remaining 2 years over 45 days ago. Could you kindly update me on the status of my refund or advise on the next steps to expedite the process?
Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

  Kindly be informed that we received approval from the institute to process your refund application on 13 May 2025. Therefore, we appreciate if you could allow us time to process the refund. Any updates will be notified accordingly.
