Dear EMGS Officers,

My name is Nazakat Ali (Passport No: ZA1839161).
It has now been almost six months since my EMGS 100 was completed. I previously informed your office that I had paid for a 3-year visa sticker and its extendibility. However, only a one-year sticker was issued.

I submitted a refund request for the remaining 2 years over 45 days ago. Could you kindly update me on the status of my refund or advise on the next steps to expedite the process?

Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi @nazakatali1,
  Your refund application is currently pending approval from the institution. Therefore, kindly liaise with them to approve the application so we can initiate the application process.

    I just received the confirmation from institute they have approved the refund application. Please let me know when I will get my refund?
