Hi good morning. I hope you’re doing well. My passport number is CU4151941. I wanted to check if there’s any update regarding my passport. I contacted my institute, and they said they have already submitted it, but the status on the EMGS application is still the same. Kindly let me know if there’s any update. Thank you.

  Kindly be informed that the institution has submitted your passport for the special pass process. Kindly allow Immigration some time to process the special pass. Once the special pass has been issue by the Immigration, the institution is required to resubmit your passport for the student pass endorsement process.
