Good Morning, EMGS

I’ve noticed that my EMGS application was rejected due to application is too early and was suggested to re-apply on July 2025. But i would like to enquire about how to and steps to do on refund on my application. Note that i was using Mandiri Credit Card for payment (local indonesia bank) to proceed my payment. The step by step tutorial will be very helpful, thank you.

  Kindly be informed that the institution is required to send us an email to request for the cancellation of your application. Once your application has been canceled, you may apply refund via an online form available on the
  EMGS website at https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/ .
