May I know why the supporting letter is not issued after 3 working days?

  Hi Neemish Pulimoottil Santosh,
  We require additional details, such as a medical screening confirmation letter, an insurance cover note, a copy of the passport page showing the Date of Entry and Valid Pass, and a Personal Bond to prepare the Supporting Letter. Therefore, kindly note that we received the complete documents from 22 April 2025, and the documents were verified on 23 April 2025. The supporting letter process will take approximately 3-4 working days from receiving the complete documents. As such, we kindly seek your patience on this matter. Any updates will be notified accordingly.
