Hi Emgs,

Please my wife’s visa renewal process is still at 50% even after the passport was submitted to EMGS. Please can you confirm receipt of the passport with you and the actual current status from your end. The passport no is A13209128. Thank you.

  Kindly be informed that the institution submitted the passport to obtain special pass. Kindly note the documents with passport submitted to Immigration for special pass approval. Once the special pass has been approved, the institution will resubmit the passport for the dependant visa endorsement process.
