Dear EMGS Support Team,

I am facing an issue while uploading my eVAL document to the eVisa platform. Although I downloaded it directly from your official website, the system rejects it, stating that the file contains “extra characters or spaces.”

I have not modified the file, and I have attempted to upload it multiple times without success. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
