Hi EMGS I’m in Malaysia already and I applied for city university and my Val rejected when it was 35% also I submitted one document from my Yemeni embassy that I can’t go back to my country because of the war I want to ask what should I do?
My passport number is 14256717

  We are sorry to hear about the rejection of your application. You may liaise with the institute to obtain the VAL rejection reason and to discuss regarding your stay in Malaysia. Upon receipt of the reason, your institution can submit an appeal for your VAL application.

    Reason for rejection – NO RECORD OF EXIT, PLEASE PROVIDE AN EXIT STAMP.
    
    *student has been issued a special pass to leave the country
