Hi dear Emgs ,
My passport numebr is P01315203,
I’ve got problems for the status , my status in the app is green on the other hand wep status it’s shows me pending for additional documents, I contect my institution and they submitted all except one , they said it’s mistake for the emgs officer that additional documents is not mandatory, so could help me that matter please.

  Hi Maxamad Shiqow,
  Kindly be informed that we require the institute to submit a release letter from the previous institution OR a change of course letter if the student is still studying at the same institute. These documents are required since you were granted a student pass before. Therefore, you may liaise with your institute for further assistance in submitting additional documents.
