Dear EMGS, My eval was approved since February. When I came to apply for eVISA their site kept on telling me ‘no record found with corresponding passport’. I have been battling with this issue since then. The eVISA support team informed me that my VDR was cancelled. I sent several requests and complains to EMGS, my institution and the Malaysian High Commission of my country but the reason for the cancellation hasn’t yet been identified neither do the issue been resolved.
I write to ask if there is any possible way EMGS can reissue/change another VDR for me. Or identify the reason why my VDR was cancelled.
Help me resolve this issue please. My semester has already been started.
