Assalamualaikum,
I am Yusuf Aliyu with a passport number B04212596. I received an approval email for my eval which contain a downloading link for the document. Unfortunately, it only the old record of my visa renewal on the dashboard with my old passport number A12051221. There is no information regarding the new passport and the eval document. Please kindly assist in resolving the issue as it will allow to continue the visa application.
