Dear EMGS team,
My iKad appeared in emgs application, but when I went to collect it from UKMVISA they told me that it is not delivered yet!
Can you tell me when it will be available for collection from UKMVISA?

  Kindly be informed that your iKAD is ready for collection. As such, the institution is required to collect your iKAD at EMGS. Kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
