Dear EGMS Team

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to follow up on my visa application, which has been stuck at 5% for the past 14 days. As my departure date is scheduled for April 2, I am extremely concerned about the delay.

Could you please expedite the process and provide an update on when I can expect to receive my VAL? I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

  Kindly be informed your application is on hold pending approval by the institution. As such, you are required to liaise with the institution to request them to approve the application. Once institution approved, EMGS will start to process the application.
