      Hi,

      Kindly be informed that the supporting letter has been issued to the institution. Kindly note, your institution choose to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. Once they receive the supporting letter from EMGS, the institution will submit the passport at state Immigration Department. As such, we advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
