Hi Emgs Officer,
I am Zeti Aishah Anwar, passport A11896921.
My application is stuck at 35%, pending additional documents stating that a new application needs to be applied. My institution says they have already provided the documents and done so. May I know what is the concern here? Please let me know as my classes have already started and it’s urgent for me to fly. Kindly expedite the process if possible.
