Hi Abdisalam Abdirahman Mohamed,
On 10 March 2025, we required the institute to submit a new offer letter with the latest commencement date as it was backdated. As checked, the documents were submitted on 25 March 2025 and have been verified by the EMGS officer. Therefore, we would appreciate if you could allow us time to proceed with the application. Any updates will be notified accordingly.

Earlier today you informed me that “As checked, the documents were submitted on 25 March 2025 and have been verified by the EMGS officer.”
But a few hours after you told me that I got an email from EMGS saying that their is an issue with the offer letter.
I thought it may have been a mistake but then I got another email just a few minutes ago saying the same thing.
So I am confused and I want to ask if the issue with the offer letter is corrected and if so should I just ignore the email?
