Dear EMGS Officer,

I have applied for a visa (Application No: E#########, Passport No: A03845647) and was notified that my photograph does not match my passport. I have already submitted a new photograph to #########, but I received the same issue notification again.

Please confirm if my updated photograph has been received and processed. If any further corrections are needed, kindly specify. My university registration deadline is approaching, so I request urgent assistance.
