Dear EMGS teams I hope this email finds you well. I have problem in verifing my digital ID on EMGS APP. When it comes to the picture verification part, the camera is on but there is no any button to process (picture showed in attachment). I tried downloading and updating the APP, however it didn’t work. I appreciate your suggestions in solving the problem. Thank you for your time and support. Hope you have a nice weekend.
