Hi EMGS, since 1st march, my status payment is pending, I called your service and they told me to ask for canceling my application. But since then, I had no answer, What can I do please ? My application number is ME#########. Thanks.

Kindly be informed that your application status in the EMGS website is pending. As such, you are required to email us to request for the cancellation of application. Once the application is canceled, you may proceed to reapply a new application.
