Hi EMGS, I’m asking concerning my wife’s status. Her passport is ########. We’ve already gotten to the process of submitting her passport for the renewal of dependent visa but there was a slight delay in the submission of one document, of which we were to submit but the time for her current visa is about expiring on 24th March 2025. The school has applied for a special pass for her but I can’t access the status and progress of the special pass as I can still see the renewal process only. Please can you confirm the current status of the special pass and when can we complete the visa renewal. Thanks

  Hi Fatokun Faith,
  Kindly note that the Special Pass application status will not reflect on the EMGS tracker and only the institute has access to view the Special Pass status. As checked, we are waiting for the passport submission from the institution to proceed with the Special Pass endorsement. Therefore, kindly liaise with the institute for further assistance on this matter.
