The bank statement must be within three months from the date of issuance and consists of the bank letterhead. It must contain the name of the account holder (principal/dependent) and show the currency type of the account. Kindly note that the account must be an active one which shows the latest transactions and the bank balance amount must be sufficient; the account must have an average end-of-month balance of RM10,000.00 for 3 latest months. The bank statement must be signed and stamped by a bank official.
