Dear Sir my (Passport No: B00009502) Entry visa/Special pass will expire on 21 Mar 2025. It is still not submitted to Immigration.

  We received your passport from the institution on 14 March 2025. The endorsement process will take approximately 14 working days; however, the approval is subject to the discretion of the Immigration Department. We are aware of your current pass expiry date, and there will be no charges against you since your passport is in progress with us. Rest assured, any updates will be notified accordingly.
