Dear emgs officer
My visa renweal application was 20% till now as it required additional documents from my institution. Now suddenly my application status is 100% and notification is that my application is closed. Please let me know what to do . My passport number is T2457811

  Kindly be informed that your application has been closed due to non submission of the additional document from the institution after 90 days. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
