I searched on your portal with my passport number and found that a student profile has been opened in my name.

This profile has been opened from Genovasi University College. I am not interested in applying for this college but still opened the profile in my name.

I applied to Asia E University and they sent me an offer letter. I’ve paid them Emgs. They are going to pay the fee and see another profile with my passport.

You are requested to remove the previous profile.

My passport number is A03831371.

  Kindly be informed that you are required to liaise with the institution to request them to reject your application and send a cancellation request to EMGS. Once we receive the request from the institution, we will proceed to cancel the application.
