Good Morning EMGS Officers!

Application Number: E#########
Rgarding medical check up result, my university requires “medical check up slip” on their checklist in order to submit passport for student pass issuance. And i already asked the clinic where can i get my MCU result, they said it’ll be updated automatically on the app. Now my progress is at 80% where can i get my medical check up slip? Do I have to contact the clinic?

  Kindly request the medical confirmation slip from the clinic if the institute is requesting it.
