Dear EMGS Office,
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but I would like to seek your guidance on an issue. Unfortunately, my passport accidentally got wet, which caused some damage to my visa. I am unsure about the proper procedure to rectify this situation and would greatly appreciate your advice on how to proceed with the necessary reissuance or replacement.

  As per my knowledge, if you renew your passport for any reason, you can also request your institution to convert your student pass on mew passport.

  If your passport has been damaged, you are required to replace the passport. Once the passport has been replaced, liaise with your institute to apply for the student pass transfer endorsement to the new passport.
