Dear EMGS Officer,

The iKad replacement application was submitted on 12 February 2025. EMGS responded that the process would take 14 working days to complete. It appears that this period has now passed.

Carrying the passport at all times feels insecure and may lead to complications if lost.

Could you please provide an update on whether the new iKad is ready for collection?
